About Me
rom Africa Rising to Africa Resilient, I’ve watched the last 20+ years from the best seat at the table: a local one. Based in Nairobi with an emerging market focus, I am an Investment Banker by profession with 30 years experience. An Infrastructure Specialist with experience in Public-Private Partnerships and Project Financing.
I started in Eastern Europe doing mass privatisation deals after the fall of the Soviet Union in the mid 90s. I then worked on deals in Asia and the Indian subcontinent. I also worked on transactions in Central America in Panama, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Belize among others. All based out of the eastern seaboard of the US.
I moved to Africa in 2004 to take on a senior leadership role at PwC based out of Kenya serving the African region. I left my PwC Partnership in 2014 to serve as Managing Director Development & Investments at General Electric Africa. I am now the Chairman & Chief Executive of *Full Circle Africa – a proprietary investment firm.
